Questions, answered.
How many guests do you serve?
Events begin at approximately 40 guests. Larger events are welcome, and we scale the team and equipment to fit.
Where in Puerto Rico do you travel?
We serve events across the island. Travel and setup are reflected in your custom quote.
How far ahead should I inquire?
At least one week; two weeks is strongly preferred, especially when custom labels or other branded materials are involved.
What does the venue need to provide?
We provide power and water for outdoor events. Indoor venues should provide electricity and access to water.
How is pricing calculated?
Your quote is based on menu, quantity, service hours, location and selected details. Tax is included; gratuity is not.
What if my plans change?
With at least seven days’ notice, your deposit may transfer once to a date within 90 days, subject to availability. Custom-produced items are non-refundable.
